Tomato Alfredo Sauce
What You'll Need:
2 Pints Snowville Creamery whipping cream
1 pinch of butter
A little bit of olive oil
1/2 white onion, peeled and chopped
1 small can Italian chopped tomatoes
1/2 ounce granulated garlic
1/2 ounce salt
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet, add onion and cook until it sweats.
Add tomatoes, garlic, and salt and cook an additional 5-6 minutes.
Pour whipping cream on top, the cream will rise and when it falls, pour into a stainless steel bowl and add parmesan cheese. Toss with freshly cooked pasta.
