What You'll Need:
2 cup Snowville Creamery half and half or whole milk
1 pint select oysters, with liquid
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 chopped shallots
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 5 mins
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, add celery and shallots.
Saute for two minutes, add oysters and liquid and saute for two minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, heat through and serve
