Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear both sides of pork chops in a heavy pan. Add water to the pan to come up halfway around chops; cover with a lid. Cook until tender.
Remove from pan, add arrowroot to thicken. Slowly add whole Snowville Creamery milk. Add sliced mushrooms.
Serve mushroom milk gravy over salt water boiled potatoes that you mash with a fork and lather with butter from Snowville Creamery.
Serve pork chop on the side. Enjoy!
