French Onion Yogurt Dip

What You'll Need:
2 Cups of Snowville Creamery 2% Plain Yogurt
1-2 Yellow Onions, Chopped Finely or Diced
1 tbsp Olive Oil for Sautéing
1 tbsp Olive Oil for Drizzling
1/4 cup Worcestershire
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Sea Salt
French Chives, Chopped
( Optional ) Scallions for Garnish
Chop finely or dice the yellow onions. Pour a Tbsp. of olive oil into a sauté pan or skillet. Heat olive oil in the pan at medium-high heat. Season the onions in the pan with salt and fresh ground black pepper before sautéing. Drizzle onions in the pan with another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté until onions are caramelized, or a nice roasted brown color. Cover the pan with a lid for 1-3 minutes if prefer onions less crunchy.
​Pour 2 cups of Snowville Creamery Plain 2% yogurt into a medium-sized bowl. Add Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Stir in carmelized onions and chives. Can add fried onions or scallions as a garnish.
​For the large quantity served at the Open House, we used 2, 24 ounce (6 cups) containers of the Plain 6% yogurt.
