Easy Mac and Cheese

What You'll Need:

3 cups Snowville Creamery whipping cream

4 cups uncooked noodles

6  tbsp of flour

6 tbsp of butter

3 cups of cheese

2 tsp ground mustard

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

Dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F

Cook and strain noodles.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour to melted butter, cook for 1 minute until flour is dissolved into the mixture.

Stir in cream a cup at a time into flour and butter mixture. Stir constantly over medium-low heat until the sauce begins to simmer and thicken.

Stir in ground mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper into the cream sauce.

Add cheese to the cream sauce, stir until cheese is completely melted into the sauce.

Add cooked noodles

Grease a 9x13 casserole dish or skillet.
Cook for 30 mins or until the top becomes golden brown.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
