Cheddar, Ginger & Lime Pasta Salad

What You'll Need:
1 Cup of Snowville Creamery 6% Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp honey (slightly warmed to help incorporate into the dressing better)
1 tsp parsley
½” of ginger peeled and finely grated
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper
1/2 cup shredded Snowville Creamery A2 Raw Milk White Cheddar
Cook pasta and add favorite chopped veggies. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar, and give it a good shake. Tada! Ginger Lime Yogurt Dressing. Great on all kinds of salads, and a delicious marinade for meat and veggies.
