I was able to visit with the cows of The Brick Farm a couple nights ago. I walked out to their pasture and photographed them walking grazing and commuting to their pasture. Watching cows graze, you can't help but feel an overwhelming since of tranquility as you observe them meticulously graze on the pasture before them.
The Brick Farm has approximately 300 grazing acres. Some of the pastures are a little bit of a hike to get to, but as well all know, exercise is key to a healthy life, even for cows.
Grazing in tandem while the other cows make their way to the pasture to join them.
One naughty cow decided to take a detour through the fence to get some grass before she got to the predesignated pasture.
Coming from the milking parlor after being milked, heading to their pasture.
The cows walk down the lane until they get to their appropriate pasture that has been set up for them.
Beautiful, somewhat white, Boo.
As the evening sun set,t made for some beautiful pictures of Bill and Stacy's cows peacefully grazing.
The grass is coming in thick.
Snagged this beauty of a picture on the way home.
