Common FAQs
- Why do you use paperboard cartons?
- Why don't you homogenize?
- How long does the milk stay fresh.
- 1. Why do you use paperboard cartons?
- We use plastic coated paperboard milk cartons because we believe they protect milk’s goodness better than other packages. Paper is a renewable resource. One typical half gallon plastic milk jug with cap requires as much petroleum based material as eight half gallon paperboard milk cartons.
- 2. Why don't you homogenize?
- Cream naturally rises to the top of milk products. To provide a natural product we do not homogenize. Therefore our products may have some cream on top. Shake before enjoying!
- 3. How long does the milk stay fresh.
- It will stay fresh for over 15 days when kept refrigerated below 42 F
