We choose to follow nature’s way without pushing for higher production. Our milk is not
homogenized so the cream in our whole milk and reduced fat milk rises to the top. You can skim
the cream for a special treat or shake well before pouring.

- Whole Milk
- Our most decadent milk. The whole
milk is surprisingly light and delicious.
- Reduced Fat (2%)
- Slightly lower in fat. The reduced
fat milk is a good compromise for
those who want delicious milk
but do not enjoy fat free milk.
- Fat Free Milk
- Unbelievably rich due to the
different milk compositions of
the various breeds in Bill and Stacy’s
herd. Many people do not believe
this milk contains no fat.
